Clear timelines, no fine print
If a paid plan or mock test series isn't right for you, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. This page explains exactly when you qualify, how to ask, and how long the money takes to come back.
This policy applies to every paid purchase on Brain Busters: premium subscription plans and paid mock test series. Free accounts and free content are not affected — there is nothing to refund.
Coaching centres & schools: institutional plans are invoiced separately and governed by the agreement signed with your institute, not by this page.

Approved refunds are always returned to the original payment method — the same card, UPI ID or bank account you paid from. We cannot redirect a refund to a different account. Once we release the refund, the time it takes to appear depends on your bank.
Double charges are always refunded in full, even outside the 7-day window. If we billed you twice, that is our mistake to fix.
Not sure where you stand? Ask us anyway. If your situation is genuine and isn't listed above, we would rather look at it than turn you away on a technicality.
You can cancel at any time from your profile, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops any future billing — it does not by itself refund what you have already paid.
When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. You keep full access until then; nothing is cut off early.
Write to support@brainbusters.in with the subject "Refund request".
Include the email on your account, the date of purchase, the amount, and the plan or test series. If you have a payment/transaction ID, send that too — it makes this much faster.
A line or two is enough. It helps us fix the underlying problem for everyone else.
If approved, the money is released to your original payment method and typically lands within 5–7 business days. If we decline, we tell you why and point you to the Grievance Officer below.
If a refund decision doesn't sit right with you, escalate it. In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you can reach our Grievance Officer directly:
