1. 10 questions are presented one at a time — 15 seconds each.
2. Select the correct option before time runs out.
3. Each correct answer earns 10 pts + speed bonus (up to +5).
4. 3 wrong answers or timeouts = game over.
5. Build a streak for multiplier points!
